"Dance is something that will always be a part of me, no matter how old I grow or how far I get; it is the pivotal community that has shaped and created who I am as a person."
My journey at Evolve is one that holds an integral part of my life, greatly impacting the person I have become. From the moment I first walked into the studio to join The Artistry Development Program, through the challenges of COVID and countless online lessons, all the way through to my final performance on stage, the support I received was endless.
The studio provides a nurturing environment that allows students to thrive and encourages them to push themselves to be their best, most authentic selves. It’s a place where I’ve gained the confidence I have today and learned so much about myself. Through my time, some of the greatest lessons I have learned are the importance of a strong work ethic and the resilience that is needed in order to improve and succeed.
I am currently completing my final year of school, and in the future hope to work in healthcare with young children.The countless experiences I have had working with the recreational and junior kids has really led me to find the pathway that I am working towards now. Evolve has provided me with a community of people that truly see and understand me, that have changed my life in multitude of ways and in which I do not know who I would be without, and I will be eternally grateful for my experience within this studio.
