According to Kids Health & CDC, children and adolescents aged 6-17yrs, should undertake 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity each day. This activity should be focused on daily aerobics, as well as bone and
muscle-strengthening 3 days a week.
In addition to offering all physical recommendations to a child's activity, the social and psychological benefits of undertaking a dance program are unparalleled.
